Our intestines are our most delicate organs. It can carry all mental emotions directly into the physical dimension. Therefore, our entire body, immune system, and many chronic diseases, even OBESITY, are associated with our intestinal health. A study conducted on this subject gave the following meaningful results.
One study looked at whether probiotic supplementation and gut microbiota balance would work in favor of bacteria that promote healthy weight. To test this hypothesis, 125 people were studied, including men and women who were obese. The subjects were administered a 12-week weight loss diet and then continued with a 12-week weight control diet. Half of the participants received pills containing Lactobacillus rhamnosus bacteria, while the other half received a placebo.
At the end of the first 12-week period, women in the probiotic group lost an average of 4.4 kg, while women in the placebo group lost 2.6 kg, while there was no significant difference in weight loss between the groups taking placebo and probiotic pills in men. Researchers think that the reason why probiotics are not effective in men may be due to the low dosage used. I recommend using probiotic supplements in your diet because of its role in weight loss and its positive effects on general health.
